Enabling Value Through Gas Infrastructure
Our midstream activities encompass gas processing, treatment, and transportation. Key infrastructure includes gas processing facilities associated with our producing assets, enabling the monetisation of both lean and rich gas streams for domestic and international market (via NLNG) supply. As Nigeria’s gas monetisation agenda accelerates under the decade of gas initiative, our midstream capabilities position us to connect growing gas supply to expanding domestic and industrial demand.
Aradel Gas
In 2012, the Company commissioned a 100 mmscf/d gas processing plant at the Ogbele Field. This heralded the monetisation of gas volumes from its flagship asset.

ND Western
OML 34 has three gas processing plants: NAG-1 and NAG-2 in Utorogu Field, and a third plant in Ughelli East Field. Their total combined capacity is 600 mmscf/d.

Renaissance
Renaissance Africa Energy’s gas-processing portfolio comprises seven facilities across its East and West operational nodes, supporting both export and domestic gas supply.
The facilities include:
- Gbaran CPF: an export gas facility within the East Node, with a current processing capacity of 1,500 MMscf/d.
- Gbaran NIPP: a domestic gas facility within the East Node, with a current processing capacity of 80 MMscf/d.
- Soku Gas Plant: an export gas facility within the East Node, with a current processing capacity of 1,100 MMscf/d.
- Tunu CPF: a domestic gas facility within the West Node, currently processing 130 MMscf/d.
- North Bank CPF: a domestic gas facility within the West Node, with a current processing capacity of 40 MMscf/d.
- Otumara CPF: a domestic gas facility within the West Node, with a current processing capacity of 5 MMscf/d.
- Escravos Beach Plant: a domestic gas facility within the West Node, with a current processing capacity of 5 MMscf/d.
