This Notice is issued sequel to the Notification issued on September 14, 2024, announcing the intention of Aradel Holdings PLC to effect the redenomination and stock split on its ordinary shares, which necessitated that the Shareholders Register be closed from Wednesday September 18, 2024 to Friday September 20, 2024 (both days inclusive) to facilitate the redenomination and stock split process.
Please note that the Shareholder Register remains open for trading but will now close from Friday September 20, 2024 to Friday September 27, 2024 (both days inclusive).
The Shareholder Register will be open from Monday September 30, 2024
