Aradel Holdings Plc is pleased to announce that it has been named the Energy Times Outstanding Oil & Gas Company of the Year 2025 at the 3rd edition of the Energy Times Awards.

Energy Times is a weekly publication focused on oil, gas, power, maritime, and renewable energy reporting and analysis. The Outstanding Oil & Gas Company of the Year award was presented to Aradel in recognition of the company’s exceptional operational performance, strategic foresight, and sustained leadership within Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. The award reflects Aradel’s consistent delivery of value across the energy value chain while navigating a dynamic operating environment with resilience, discipline, and innovation.

The accolade was presented after a robust selection process led by the Energy Times Board of Editors and its Advisory Panel, who conducted a detailed review and assessment of Aradel’s performance during the year under review. In its accompanying report, Energy Times highlighted Aradel’s visionary leadership, under which the company recorded “a series of outstanding operational and financial milestones in 2025 that further strengthened its position as one of Nigeria’s most formidable indigenous independent energy companies.”

The publication also noted Aradel’s “extraordinary record of 20 consecutive years of uninterrupted production,” describing it as “a rare feat within the industry.” It further stated that for over two decades, the company has consistently delivered reliable energy supply while maintaining the highest standards of safety, governance, and operational integrity. Energy Times concluded that Aradel’s “consistent performance, strategic clarity, and commitment to national energy development” made it a deserving recipient of the Outstanding Oil & Gas Company of the Year 2025 award.

Commenting on the recognition, the MD/CEO of Aradel Holdings Plc, Adegbite Falade, said: “At Aradel, our focus is on long-term and consistent value creation, driven by resilience, disciplined execution, and a clear strategic vision, underpinned by our core values. We thank Energy Times for this award and remain committed to the continued advancement of Nigeria’s energy sector and sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.’’
